What this plan includes:

  • Fixes for your gas central heating system, which covers the boiler, controls, radiators, and hot water tank.​

  • A yearly check-up of your boiler to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. These services may sometimes take place more than a year apart.

  • Fixing the plumbing system in your house, any external buildings, and the water supply pipe located within your property's boundary.

  • Clearing blockages and repairing your drains and waste pipes to ensure proper flow.

  • Protection against accidental damage.

  • Up to £1,000 for accessing the area and restoring it after each repair.

What this plan doesn't include:

  • Claims made within the first 14 days

  • We won't cover the removal of sludge or scale, or the repair of any damage they cause, if we've already informed you that these issues could be a concern for your system or boiler.

  • Showers and their components, including shower pumps, bathroom fixtures, and sealant.

  • Issues caused by repairs done by someone else or problems due to design flaws.

  • Common or shared drainage systems.
